Kennedy O, HIV and AIDS in Würzburg, Bavaria
This man identified only a Kennedy O. by German Authorities was convicted of "eight counts of attempted assault and the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old-girl after he slept with her and two girlfriend" after having unprotected sex without disclosing that he is HIV positive.
The main judge said "He knew of his illness but did not acknowledge it."
Even after conviction it appears that the German courts protect his identity. #kennedyo #hivandaids #würzburg #bavaria
