Stuart James McDonald was put on trial for infecting seven men in Australia between 2005 and 2006. According to media reports McDonald would meet men on the popular homosexual dating site Gaydar and arrange sexual encounters without disclosing his HIV status.
Psychiatrists described McDonald as a narcissist who considered infecting others to be their problem. He was also detained in a mental health facility at one point for public safety concerns. #stuartjamesmcdonald #hivandaids #adelaide #southaustralia
