Kolhapur: As many as 6,123 students have registered for the centralised admission process (CAP) for Standard XI in 28 colleges in the city.
The submission of information for part two of the CAP has been started from Wednesday.
The registration is being conducted by the office of deputy director of education, Kolhapur, for admissions to science and commerce (English) faculties. The total seats available for both the streams in the city is around 7,300.
In part two of the registration process, students will have to fill the marks obtained by them in the tenth standard.
Also, they have to declare their preference for colleges. Accordingly, the first list of merit will be declared.
The deadline for part two ends on June 18.
